REVIEWS:
All of our calls have gone unanswered. When we’re not busy, the system claims “all parties are busy.” All calls have been sent to voice mail, and we are unable to communicate with prospects in real time.
My phone number won’t let me send a message because it says it’s not enabled for messaging. It’s very frustrating that I’ve paid and now I’m having this problem.
We’ve been using eVoice for several years and are quite happy with the service. We are a remote company with diverse scopes for each department. Everyone can get their phone calls and messages. We use eVoice for voice and fax, and it has never failed us. We are quite pleased with our decision.
Overall, this is a good app. When clients call back, it doesn’t ring my phone; instead, it rings the office. This would be a fantastic option to include.
Terrible. When you touch the screen, it takes 5 minutes for it to respond. This renders the programme completely unusable. I prefer the desktop version, but even it has a lot of flaws. Someone should go over the API and make it more user-friendly for both the app and the desktop. They take it for granted that we know how to use a phone system. Something as simple as “Auto Attendant” should be renamed to something more understandable to the general public. Users, Extensions, and Attendants, as well as Voice Mails, Numbers, and Routing. A shambles
Not a bad app for the price of internet connection, but it falls short on several phone service expectations. There is no caller ID that displays the company name rather than just the 800 number. There is no option to use the caller ID or the 800 number that is displayed for our outgoing calls. It takes some time for professional voice choice to realise it has been selected. Keeps returning to the default or previous voice welcome. Finally, customer service is virtually non-existent.
