Is GMail being discontinued?

Bought this (on a monthly basis) for backups, but the backups aren’t working… Thanks for responding, however I believe the only way that website could improve my situation is if it specifies the restore can take up to 24 hours. For example, during setup, I attempted factory reset + restore thrice. Maybe my mails will appear miraculously (in which case I will update this), but a. I’d wager they won’t, and b. if they do, it should be stated clearer (does it say that when restoring?). Editing a new response: Thank you, however I’ve already completed that task. Horrible. I set it up and began synchronising my photos. With all of my images and movies, I quickly ran out of space. When I try to delete some images from the cloud, it continues to delete my original photos from my device! Because it states “no permissions allowed and no permissions refused,” you can’t remove or add permissions. Now I’m attempting to delete the cloud photos in order to free up space, but I can’t do so without deleting my originals. Before I installed this software, everything on my phone functioned perfectly!
I absolutely despise your app. It’s been about three weeks and I still can’t get my update to work. Subscription is free with my phone plan, yet it displays that I only have 15GB while I have 100. Metro hasn’t been able to help me in any way, and I can’t find the help I need online or in the app. I’m extremely upset and frustrated; I have anger issues, and if I don’t have my storage fixed and something done about this, I’m going to pass out. I had been enjoying Google until recently, when it appeared only briefly and then vanished, leaving me with no way to pay for an upgrade from 15GB to 100 or 200 GB. Please assist me. I had no idea I only had 15 GB of storage. Without a doubt, I’d prefer to upgrade to a higher GB. Please allow me to pay for the basic or standard grade as soon as possible so that I can finish my computer work for the day. Is there anyone that can assist me right now? I would be grateful.
